ThaiWebDirectory.com is a web directory with search function for English-language websites about Thailand. The directory contains more than 4,600 websites in about 130 subcategories. Websites are added by our editors, of course often after suggestions from visitors to our site.
While there are many subcategories, the number of entries on any one page is limited to 20. Websites are ordered by Google PageRank. If you are a webmaster and your website does not have a substantial PageRank, you may not see it on any of our pages (unless you link to us, see below). All sites are available though through our search function at the buttom of most pages.
We evaluate every website that is submitted to our directory, before adding it. Send an e-mail , and we will judge whether your site is eligible. Only websites in English language (or bilingual) about Thailand are considered. Admission ot our directory is free, but we do request that you link to our site first. It will not be useful whatsoever to request to be listed, without doing this first.
We regularly screen our directory for broken links.
Sites that contain pornographic material or illegal content are not allowed. We do not add websites mainly providing hotel bookings, but websites of individual hotels are welcome.

Some pages on www.thaiwebdirectory.com offer thumbshots of the websites listed. Whether or not a site is featured with a thumbshot depends on whether it is listed with the DMOZ.org directory or not. In any case, we advise all webmasters to get listed on DMOZ if they can.
